Dr. Diamantis and his team want to make you and your hair restoration experience as comfortable as possible. We want to know as much about your hair loss situation as you are willing to share. The more we know about your situation the better we will be able to recommend hair restoration and hair transplant treatments to you! Find and fill out our Patient Registration Packet below. 

Dr. Diamantis and his hair restoration team at Nature’s Way Hair Restoration have decades of experience in hair loss surgery. Our medical staff have plenty of hair loss success stories from successful hair transplant surgeries over the years. Our team understands the process of hair loss and the anatomy of the scalp. We want to get you back your full head of hair!

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you schedule an appointment for a hair transplant procedure with us, that appointment time has been reserved just for you, and scheduled staff will be present on site for your appointment time. We want to value your time, so please value ours as well. If you have to cancel your scheduled surgery or appointment in less than 21 days of your scheduled time, you will lose 50% of your deposit and be charged an additional $500 fee for the canceled anesthesia team.
